Hi, welcome to my website.
I am Ralph Trancoso, an Earth System scientist who strive to undertand how human-induced changes in climate and landscapes are affecing surface processes and impacting society.
I integrate multiple fields of knowledge using cutting-edge data analysis to tackle important problems for society. My analyses and projects outcomes have scientific rigour and are visually attractive to engage a broad audience.
My research is generally centred in the climate - vegetation - water space, acroos multiple spatial and temporal scales, ranging from local to global and from minutes to centuries across past, present and future.
I am currently working as a Research Fellow in Climate Change at the School of Biological Sciences from the University of Queensland. My projects are the Science Division from the Department of Environment and Science in Queensland Government.
Thanks for visiting.
